Our worship is enhanced by the music performed by our Choir and it’s director. This small, but dedicated, group presents a new anthem each week in keeping with the season of the Church year and message of that particular Sunday. They also lend their voices to special worship service music and are one of the reasons why our congregation participates so robustly in the singing of the hymns. The Choir also prepares and performs a Christmas Cantata for a Sunday morning service during Advent. Rehearsals are Sunday morning before worship. All are invited to join in lifting up their voices in song.
Many times throughout the year, musicians, in and around our community, provide the music during Worship. A brass quintet, a Jazz band, the ESU Acappella Singers, a flutist, a bagpiper and many vocal soloists have graced our services with their musical talents.
We are dedicated to praising the Lord with all manner of instruments and voices. We have hosted special musical performances in addition to worship, such as the Centennial Concert Band and the East Stroudsburg Community Choir concerts.
