Yes, it’s that time of year again! The Church is alive with the hustle and bustle of Church Volunteers sorting and organizing unimaginable treasures of every kind for the In-Door Yard Sale. You don’t want to miss it!!! The doors open at 9am Friday, May 10th and again on Saturday, May 11th. The funds raised by this event go to support mission.
If you have been endeavoring to downsize for several years now. the popular book by Marie Kondo entitled “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” may be interesting and helpful. As part of the process she recommends, one asks if the item one is considering “sparks joy.” What a wonderful thing it is to visit the In-Door Yard sale. I’m certain there are numerous items there that will “spark joy” for you! And the fun and the fellowship is terrific too! Now about that downsizing thing … not so much.
